The Spinal Truth Show #003 - A Chiropractor or Physical Therapist?
❤❤❤
Why are you asking the sound guy? Evidence based?
Ok dr the root cause is the spine. What should we do with it to get better. I m a crohns sufferer too
How do you cure crohns. I am interested
Wait what? Sorry I have ADhD and i dont understand anything you js said 😂😂
what about stricture crohn disease and does that resolve in 5 week
I wish....
Isnt there a way you can educate doctors worldwide on this? Its a life savior for patients . Also physical therapists so they know what part from the spine they van treat
Many people aren't on board with this approach. I am trained in McKenzie and Maitland techniques which are what I mainly use and are available for anyone studying PT to learn.
Whats the cure?
Targeted movements/exercises that take pressure off the nerves.
WOWWWWW SPOT ON!!!!
I have his book called "the spinal truth"

You can't even insult me correctly, nice try though!

How do I get my spine checked? When I mention this to my Dutch doctor, the doctor don't know what to do with this information. It's kind of frustrating

How can you solve Shenis issue?
Typically I'll start by assessing my patient's symptoms, past medical history, and mobility. Then I will give them targeted movements and exercises to do over the course of a few weeks to months in order to diminish their symptoms.
Thank you. I was 2 times unespected jumped on by client. One from the back and 2nd time om my neck. Eversince had chronical diarrhea and almost 1.5 year later there was discovered beginning of Chrohnn.

My mom had chrons growing up and it was the worst thing to watch someone go through. Back then chrons was not well known at all. I remember my mom coming home from the doctors and saying that she was just a guinea pig... Trying new meds and treatments because they didn't know what to do with her. 😢 Next month will be her 24 year anniversary since she committed suicide. I'm glad there's more hope these days.
I'm really sorry she had to endure that and couldn't get the right treatment. I'm sorry that you had to watch her deal with that as well - I'm trying to create change in the medical industry so that people and their families don't have to suffer. I'm hoping I can help more people with this treatment method.
You are a scsmmer, i hope you realize what a horrible person you are
what you want? immortality?
I want people to get the best and most accurate treatment they can. I want doctors to look for the root cause and not just treat the symptoms.
true ... that never . Wheni mentioned that it could be my spine I got the silent treatment look
Unfortunately I have heard this too many times. This is the message I'm trying to get out there. More people need to know!
So how u can treat it?????
I start by assessing my patient's symptoms as well as their mobility and behavior. Then I demonstrate different exercises and movements to targeted areas. These movements and exercises take pressure off the nerves that innervate the organs that are not working properly. By taking that pressure off, the nerves function normally again and their symptoms dissipate.
I've watching 6 shorts...what information are you getting out??? It could be a nerve issue. So what's the solution?
The message I'm trying to share is that it may be your spine causing these issues and people are actually getting misdiagnosed so they aren't actually getting solutions to their problems. My solution is to treat the nerves that innervate different areas of the body. By treating those nerves we are addressing the root cause and people are getting actual, long lasting results.
Yes please make a video on th. exercises . My recent custom made orthhotics is helping but I still get pain at times.
Hello Dr. Caleb, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share an incident that I believe may have led to my current health issues. A client unexpectedly jumped on me, first from behind, and I had to lift them up. Later, from the front, they wrapped their arms tightly around my neck. I was unable to hold them properly, and as they began to slip, they clung even tighter to my neck. In an instinctive reaction to prevent them from falling, I jerked my neck backward. Immediately, I felt a crack in both my neck and back. The very next day, I began experiencing chronic diarrhea. My doctor advised me to continue eating normally, but 2.3 years later, another doctor suggested that I might have Crohn’s disease. A specialist later confirmed that I have the early stages of the condition. Through my research, I discovered your book, which suggests that spinal issues could be linked to digestive problems. I shared this with my chiropractor, and after a treatment, I didn’t have to go to the bathroom for two days, and for the first time in years, my stool was solid. Unfortunately, this only happened once even though he did the same treatment again . Could have done something different I'm I believe I developed a spinal injury and back problems from the incident, which has contributed to my chronic diarrhea. Unfortunately, the doctor advised me to continue eating as usual without suggesting any dietary changes, which I feel has worsened the inflammation and led to the development of Crohn's disease. certain that my spinal injury from an incident is the cause of my intestinal issues and Crohn's disease. However, it's been very challenging to explain this connection to the doctors here in the Netherlands. Thank you for your time and expertise. Best regards,
That's funny cause 10 years ago they said the same thing about IBS and leaky gut...
Same I face cronic constipation doctor said ibs but I feal this is chrons in small intestine 😢 Many Laxative use but not work 😢😢
@@Anshikha261 you're definitely not alone, I think there's something wrong with our food that's affecting so many of us and doctors aren't trained or knowledgeable about it.
@@dimaknopf how to treat this please reply I m from india
That's because they're only focusing on the symptoms area (the stomach/intestines) not the root cause (spine)
Dear Dr. Caleb, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek your expertise regarding an incident that I believe has resulted in long-term health issues, including a recent diagnosis of Crohn’s disease. I was unexpectedly assaulted twice by a client. During the first incident, the client grabbed me from behind and lifted me. I was unable to hold the client properly, and as they started to slip, they wrapped their arms tightly around my neck to prevent a fall. In an instinctive reaction to prevent injury, I jerked my neck backward. In doing so, I immediately felt a crack in both my neck and back. The very next day, I began experiencing diarrhea, which has since become chronic over the past two years. Recently, I underwent an endoscopy, where a narrowing in my small intestine was discovered. My gastroenterologist has since diagnosed me with early-stage Crohn's disease. I firmly believe that this condition stems from the physical trauma caused by the incident. However, I am struggling to prove this link in my insurance claim. Would you be able to offer any advice on how I might demonstrate that the trauma from the incident led to the onset of Crohn’s disease or worsened my digestive issues? I am certain that the impact of the incident played a significant role, but I need assistance in substantiating this connection medically and legally. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on how to proceed. Warm regards from The Netherlands
In order to give a proper diagnosis and help treat you I would need to have an evaluation with you. Please head to my website thespinaltruth.com to book a consult with me.
love to hear that. Metartarsal prpblem really bothers me. thx!
Do you not see the comments? Can you suggest for people suffering what to do? This video just states to mobilize l4 and l5. How do I do that?
I can give general exercises, however, it can differ depending on the patient and their reaction to treatment. I can post future videos that show different exercises. I don't often suggest exercises if I don't know past medical history or if I haven't done a consultation/evaluation. It can be dangerous if I don't have all of the information before giving out solutions.

I had an incident while a client jumped on me 2 times. 2nd time he unexpectedly jumped and held on my neck. My other client and I did hear my neck and back pop. The next day I immediately had chronic diarrhea. 2 years later the Dutch doctor sent me to an internal MD doctor. I had an endoscopy and the result is that I have the( narrowing of the small intestine) beginning of Chrohnn s. I know for sure it comes from the incident. Then I found you and it confirms what i been through and what I been experiencing. 😢. I felt and still feel understood The only thing is how can I explain this to my insurance and doctors? It's a horrible experience for me to be in other doctors' tunnel vision. Can you please advise/ support me?Or where my problem in my spinal lie? I am so grateful that I found you. I also have your book " The Spinal Truth"
I am now suffering from metatarsalgia, i would love to know what exercise that can help me
Exercises please
Then it's a spine issue. How do you get rid of it? So the chrohnn goes away?
The way I treat it is by taking pressure off the nerves that are innervating the affected areas. Once the pressure is off, the signal is restored and symptoms dissipate.
What exercises would you recommend in order to strengthen your feet? Thank you!
I have a Playlist on my TikTok page labeled Plantar Fasciitis that you can check out!
Strongly disagree with number 5. Please read updated research.
Literally not giving any proper direction. I can't do better, but at least I'm not actively promoting worse.

How do you treat that nerve?
It's coming from your spine, your calf, your toes, your weak foot muscles, your fill in the blank. Youd think the medical community could give a reliable diagnosis and most common cause..
