Its beutiful and tastefully furnished As an immigrant myself from India , morved to Canada in mid 2018, I am not sure your house is newly constructed as the bathroom sinks , baseboard heaters, no central heating/cooling recommends otherwise, may be thats the norm in Nova Scotial/Halifax. I live in Calgary and went through scores of bulders and newly contructed house before settling on a 2014 built house, so I kind of check for these things, cos besides being in IT I love seeing house tours as a passtime.
