Finding Ashima
Sunk flash
Any issues with ECS?
Unfortunately, I don't know what that is for sure but I have had similar things turned out to be a sponge.
Promo SM
All corals like and need some nitrate and phosphate. Thats my secret for growing coral nd having them look their best
very true
Im not sure what the real name of the Zoa is but I called it a "Mint Oreo" because it has a black rim with a mint green center.
i know what you mean there real stunner bro
This video helped me out immensely although I only have two that are on this list the AOI and the illuminati it now produces a wish list
gonna have to get shopping bro there are so many amazing zoa , i do love them
I have to upgrade my tank pumps first But yea there are. I really want a real Japanese weeping willow leather. And then some acans.
I need some
best light out there at the moment in my eyes
Now I want to imagine that the green fluid is matcha tea (I don't know what either are). No self-respecting Japanese will go without their matcha, I guess
lol
Mantis shrimp are so cool
👍
Hey marti, I wonder when is the next video in the main channel. It's been 2 week since you haven't uploaded one.
i been sick as hell lol but feeling bestter now , you know how bad man flu is lol
@@haymatr Ah. Well i can't wait! Can't be long though. Otherwise the view will be drop a bit.
Had the same issus happen to me a few years ago when they first came out with the OR2 bar. The bar worked fine for a few weeks then half of the bar stopped working. They sent me out a new one and the new did the same thing right out of the box. I reached back out to them and thought no way is it the bar, it must be an issue with the driver or something else. They finally sent me a 3rd bar and that had no issues. Ended up selling it a few months later because I changed my whole lighting setup but still to this day I have trust issues buying Orphek. Been really looking at the osix setup but cant help but recall from previous experience. Everyone else seems to have good luck with them.
Yes orpheck icon lights amazing and customer service is very good
Yes they are
Pineapple sponges.
O shit what a wonderful video , I love zoas to.
'Promosm'
I love zoa buton from indonesia
WOWWWWWWWWWW!❤🧡💛💚💙💜💗
They are, without a doubt, hands down, my favorite coral in the hobby. The vast range of colors that they have, and their level of resiliency make them easy to love. I'm an odd ball. When I say "zoa garden" I in reality mean zoa tank. I'm quite happy with only zoanthus on display. Great collection in the video!
i will second that bro i love zoa
Me too
Thank you for the guidance. This definitely helped me with placement and guidance on water quality.
Glad it was helpful!
How is the light spread?
very good indeed
can you talk a little bit more clearly please
i have bought new mic set up so hopefully a lot better in new videos coming soon
I had a very hard time understanding as well....at first I didn't think it was English...
How many of these do you now own?
3 so far
@@haymatr which ones mate?
red planet , Berry Blast , CandyLand im going through very hard times at the moment with my tank just can not beat down the algue ive make refuge huge , reduced feeding all sorts and even went low nutriants but that brought other problems so ive left my tank to just settle up its self
@@haymatr sounds daft but I have phosphates that range from 0.12-0.15ppm. Whenever I lower them I start to get alage in my tank. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it is what I’m saying. I think you ask for more trouble getting too close to zero nutrients. Corals need to feed and no tank is the same. I’ve seen sps tanks growing like crazy with phos levels at 0.4ppm so I personally would let your tank settle as you are and don’t chase numbers too much.
My first saltwater aquarium is running for 2 years and now I’m setting up my second one although that I’m steal learned something new
i think this is why its so interesting as you learn all the time new things
Liked and subscribed, just to help you out, yes this was cool. If you don't mind, what was the base websites that you got all the pictures and names from?
some are of my tank and some are stock photos , but it took weeks to make lol
Make more videos brother love from India
will have to
Keep it up
Good going brother
Beautiful
Thank you! Cheers!
Just fed mine for the first time only got it yesterday thanks for sharing 👍
Enjoy it
Wow
It's worked for me a couple of times.
Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦 💛💙
Would this be a good host for a clown fish?
my clowns host it
Holy mackinaw. Look at it go. I didn’t know it did that. Good to know I’ll try feeding it. I’ll use tweezers tho
What zoas would look the best under white lights in your opinion?
utter chaos zoa ill like under white also blood sucker zoa are bright red under white lights looking at my tank now under whites these 2 stand out the most

Nice video...wonder which is the rarest of the bunch.
you asked the question now the demon inside me will seek that one out, lol thats a very good question bro happy reefing
I've got some of that on one of my rocks too. It is faint yellow and it has been there since maybe the fourth month after I started that tank. Fast forward 2 years and it has grown a little bit but nothing like the purple shades of coralline. So maybe it is something else?
my urchins have eating loads of it , lol
@@haymatr Urchins are worth getting then?
Just found your channel and I am blown away by how well your videos are organised. Fabulous stuff, sir!
TRULY thankfull for your kind words made my day
Hi Can you say which is the best place to put mindtrick zoanthus? I have a max nano with a reefled 50. Thanks
single head i always go low flow and low light about 50to 100 par and a colany i always like high flow to stop detritus been trapped and i move up so there a bit higher light this how i personnaly get better growth
How do their activity levels compare to those of Tangs?
mine is lazy unless there is food in tank then he flying around other than that he just grazes but much more chilled than my tangs bro
@@haymatr Good to know, would you say he’s a good alternative to a Yellow Tang or another kind of Tang?
@@AbsoluteZero6714 i like both but i say i like my foxface better than my tags as he stands out more
@@haymatr Great. How big is yours and how long have you had it?
@@AbsoluteZero6714 had mine over 2 years he fully grown out now feeds like a dragon but when ive not added food he always bobbing around grazing in tank m8 so much more relaxed than a tag flying around at 150mph dont get me wrong i liove my tangs but if i had a choice one or another would be fox face love when he goes to bed and changes to brown camo its fun to watch
I prefer the OG Purple Monster.
it is a stunner but then i think most corals are , its like a drug to us all lol we as reefers always want more and more
I've seen copperbands eat all sorts of thing. If they're hungry they're hungry. But it's interesting to see one feed on exclusively seaweed. What type of seaweed was that?
had him over a year now never touched green algae but i tried some red as a change for my tangs but he goes crazy for it ,
@@haymatr that's really great to see! Congratulations! I'm currently dealing with an stn issue with my acropora valida and I'm waiting for a Triton ICP test results. Hopefully I get some answers.
My thumbnail has my 20 inch red planet that gets high par and has no green. Once acclimated it is very hardy
under right light and if its not over shadowing itself it would be all red m8 tried to look at pic but its too small
