Impressive that it held on the velvet till you were legally allowed to use a cross bow. no problem with feeding just hope it meets the fish and wildlife regulations with putting supplements to keep the ticks off.

WHAT A WASTE OF A NICE BUCK DIDN'T GET TO PASS ON HIS GENE'S AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN USE A REAL BOW
Likely this deer passed his genes on the past 4 years during the rut as it’s likely a 5-6+ year old deer. Also, as hunters and conservationists all we should say is, “great deer” which it really was. Method of take doesn’t matter as long as it’s a legal and ethical kill. Take your shot and Feed Responsibly.

@@backroads_traveler Those are likely weevils. They are opportunistic buggers. The feel is definitely still good to feed out to your deer. If you wouldn't mind could you send an email to jack@buckbourbon.com with a picture of the bag and then the TSC store you purchased the bag at. It really helps us out.

Just can’t understand why you can feed during deer season and not during the antler growing season and when does need it for nursing fawns?🤷♂️
