I remember used to do scav runs there back when the goons spawned there in v12 or 13. Always quiet and walking back with a couple million rubles.

Just so you know the AXMC Lapua can one shot Zry in the head with Tac X ammo, it makes it slighlty easier but mainly more satisfying to drop him in one shot
