Nice one! So, looks like you haven't done any modifications to the intake manifold, just slapped big-ass hose on it. So what I need is custom exhaust manifold, trigger and oil lines. It kinda feels a bit easier than what I was imagining. Why do you have to remove the AC ? Its not like I have one atm, but I wanted to install one on my 90 quattro.

don't try to run these 2T bikes on pod filters, you need the air box/plenum for an air store for when you open the throttle so there is an air store to use and the Ventura effect does not starve the carbs of air, if you don't understand any of that leave you bike standard, it will work properly,
