That's not an IRR. You have no investment costs in your model, unless the cost of investment was zero!
Can you enter options in the software?
You can but they don't flow into the "live" P&L. We improved options tracking on our roadmap!

What company do you work with to obtain the cash flow for the carbon credits? What carbon credit program do you use?
Another interesting discussion. Assuming you have a significantly shorter fieldwork season than the Midwest. Do you rely on significant seasonal help to balance in and off season workload for your team? Any other creative ways that you balance variable seasonal workload?

We have a mobile app. The grain marketing plan isn't in the mobile app though, yet
