i started using a bujo at the start of this year to help me handle my stress related to university but ive never been satisfied with it. I just recently started using it seriously but it looked too... structured ? I've been trying to find inspiration for next year ones (i want to try using more than one bujo) and this video just opened my eyes to how personal and creative i can make it feel and look ! This one is definitely of huge inspiration so thank you !

I am a 50 year old autistic witchy lady, who reads tarot and I create my own self help oracle decks . I love bullet journaling because I also need the customization planner just don't cut it for me either. You defo got a new subscriber here. Thank you for sharing your layouts you gave me so many great ideas. I am creating 2 tarot bujos, one for lists and one for study and insights. Schön wieder ein Video von dir zu sehen :) Ich bin so frei und schreibe mein Kommentar direkt auf Deutsch :D Ich hatte dieses Jahr auch so viel ausprobiert. Hobonichi Original (zu klein), Hobonichi Techo (was will ich mit den ganzen Weeklys? Und für meine Notizen ist nicht genug Platz), Travelers Notebook (liebe ich, aber ich brauch pro Monat 2 Hefte) und ich habe Anfang Juli den für mich heiligen Grahl entdeckt. Ein Stalogy Notebook. Es gibt da eine 365 Tage Version (mit ebenso vielen Seiten) und verschiedene Größen. Es ist ein 4mm Grid (gefällt mir besser als 5mm) und das Papier hält auch Füller aus. Mein ADHS-Hirn findet das aktuell sehr sehr gut. Mir reicht das Buch wahrscheinlich 3 Monate, denn ich schreibe ziemlich viel pro Tag. Aber für nur Listen oder so passt da bestimmt noch mehr rein :)

Das mit den zu wenig Seiten in einem Buch kenne ich. Ich versuche gerade mich damit abzufinden, dass meine Leuchttürmchen halt nur 2-3 Monate halten. Ich habe neulich hier auf RUclips eine Person gesehen, die im Quick&Dirty-Modus 3 Taschenbücher zusammen geklebt hat, anstatt ein Buch richtig zu binden. Das möchte ich in abgewandelter Form gerne ausprobieren und kleben jetzt mit Washitape ein Leuchtturm Notizheft an mein Notebook. Ins Notizbuch sollen dann vor allem das Future Log und die in paar ganz wenige Longterm-Collections. Wenn das Buch voll ist, kommt das Heft ans nächste Buch. Bin gespannt wie gut das funktioniert..😂

It's great to see you again! I also have ADHD so I understand your struggle. (I'm an amateur bookbinder as well) I use and A6 bullet journal, my parking lot as I like to call it (got the name from another ADHD youtuber some time ago) as my carry along to jot down all of the important things that I need to do and/or remember but I still use my A5 journal for the creative and archival aspect of things. Love the way you set up your A6 journal. I truly hope it helps you.

Nele, danke für deine offenen Worte. Ich finde sie, wie so oft bei dir, durchdacht und und „durchfühlt“ bevor du sie geteilt hast. Ich meine, darin eine riesige Entwicklung bei dir zu erkennen und vor allem auch einen gesunden, kritischen Umgang mit Social Media zu haben. Nele, ich bin übers Bujo zu dir gestossen. Darüberhinaus hast du mich aber auch als Mutter, als Heilpädagogin (persönliche Erfahrung mit Diagnose) und als Lehrerin von Realschülern (wie das Video heute) immer wieder tief berührt und angeregt, meine eigenen Positionen zu überdenken. Wenn ich im Moment eine eigene Klasse hätte, würde ich mir eine Zusammenarbeit mir dir wünschen und meine Jugendlichen auf diesen Lernweg mitzunehmen (vielleicht auch mal als „Beruf“sweg überlegen, mit Menschen reden und ihnen zuhören, etwas, was es in der heutigen Zeit viel zu selten gibt). Von mir ein herzliches Danke! Ich werde dich weiterhin in meinen Abos behalten und mich freuen, wenn es von dir etwas zu teilen gibt.

Friends and i have talked about how so many people assume you cant have a hobby for the joy of it, but need to monetize it. Its such a pressure that shouldn't be there.

I'm glad that you're okay and I've missed watching your videos. I haven't been bullet journaling all that long, so I had fun watching your channel and learning from you. Having said that, I understand where you're coming from. It's not fun when a hobby you love starts to feel like a chore or a job. Take care and do what you need to do for yourself. I have considered doing YT, but after doing direct sales, and the anxiousness of waiting for sales, trying to create content that interests my audience, and the hours spent, really took away the passion for me. I respect you wanting to be more present for YOU instead of your audience. ❤

I completely understand. The minute I monetize my hobbies, I fall out of love and lose creativity. For some people it works but for me it doesn’t and I’d rather keep my hobby than make money from it. I’ll miss you and your videos but I wish you nothing but the best ❤

I've been going through burnout and haven't been able to set my 2024 journal and been feeling so overwhelmed, so finding your channel and your printouts has been such a blessing!! Not many channels have the magickal bujo hybrid I try to bring to my setups, let alone printouts. Thank you so much!!!! 😭

I appreciate minimalistic approaches for reading journals :) Min has a bit more decoration but at the end of the day its the same - what I need as a reader :)

I think that the minimalistic spread works really well if, like you said, you get overwhelmed by how so many other RUclipsrs create their spreads with so much detail and so many different spreads. It’s better to make your journal work for you so that you stay invested in keeping track of the books you read. Very wise choice. And honestly it’s inspiring to see because you’re being true to yourself and you’re understanding and honoring your limits. I’m sure there are plenty more, like myself, who find it refreshing.

Thank you for this video! Very helpful! I bind notebooks and sketchbook and I wanted to engrave some covers but somehow couldn't find anything about how to make it yourself without crazy expensive material. It would always be 'use foil' but there wouldn't be any relief, or it would be embossed when I want engraved. Thank youuuuuu ✨✨
