Anne Marie Marra In Performance
Просмотров 41215 лет назад
My friend Anne Marie Marra passed away last month. She was a very talented poet/performance artist with a distinct and formidable voice. I had a chance to film her up at Studio Two in Peekskill. This is a small example of that work.

Pancho for the 1950's, Laver the 60's, Borg 70's, McEnroe 80's, Sampras 90's, Roger 2000's, Rafa and Novak 2010's. Who's gonna be for the 2020's? Alcaraz? Sinner? Rune?
How do you get "Poncho" from "Richard" ?
It’s a racist term, actually.
I'm sorry Tony. Kidding about what?
You’ve gotta be kidding
Rod Laver 43 Pancho Gonzalez 22 - that’s some rivalry over the years.
Il ressemble à Robert Redford. Qui jouait sur le circuit professionnel avant l'arrivée des Australiens ?
I used to take tennis lessons from him at Rudy Valle's estate
so happy to have my song Fight in this great show..!
Great pressure player but also a psych' job artist. The Aussies of that era described him as "Unpleasant!' in their understated manner.
How come, Selena Quintanillas story stands as the cornerstone foundation of the present day Human Rights/Anti-Human traffickicking, forced career, and Social Justice movements in a technologically advanced society. The modern day entertainment industry in particular the music industry as well as various communication and communications media have also been largely founded by those present involved in the production of these events which stand as a most severe matter. We see here in every instance the forced nature of the career of every female artist as well as others on hand in the most physically intrusive manners; who appear in this tejano so called racially commercialized and community destroying endeavour. Which has effectively silenced the voices of entire communities and the human rights movement as a whole. This behavior has continued till present day, simultaneously we see those personally accountable for what truly is a human catastrophe for all society as a whole and brazenly promotes complicity to an already at risk population. The abusive tactics used to intimidate persons vulnerable like Selena Quintanilla highlights the need for immediate societal education. Education on forced relationships, which clearly begets the norm here, and crime free atmospheres which are needed in an advanced tech society faced with long term accountability. Even one such instance resembling what we see here such as that of Ariana Grande has been globally lambasted for offensive volatility, why is this still being allowed in global silence here. Do good to be, question id imposition
Latinx guys, Latinx!
How come I never heard of this guy? Where's the movie based on his life?

"Nathaniel Papahawk Goldberg, here featured with master drummer Tony Jefferson, son John Goldberg on bass, and unknown guitarist (please help me out if you know his name-thank you), laying it down nice and smooth at Ruben's Cafe in Peekskill NY. Nathaniel, in spite of varying health issues, bravely pursued his love of music, after retiring from a career in telecommunications. He was a friend and, musical compatriot who used to host Poetry Open Mic's at artist and poet Adele Kamp's studio in Peeekskill and at Scarlett Antonia's loft location for many years. He always supported my efforts, and would grace Dannyscafe.com's stage in Ossining, NY from time to time. Nathaniel, you are missed!

The trilogy...Pancho..Vilas...and Guga
He is American, LA born
Unfortunately Gonzales was a taciturn and generally very unpleasant character - almost all of the other players on the professional circuit disliked him, some to the point of hatred, while at the same time acknowledging his extraordinary ability. But as a human being you reap what you sow - Gonzales died alone and broke.
Andre Agassi paid for his funeral I believe.
the 1972 Spalding Gonzalez racket was a perfect combination of the DUnlop Maxply feel and control, and the Wilson Kramer power with control, best racket ever with best cosmetics, using gut the ball would stick to the racket for maximum combination of controlled power, comfort and accuracy
best ever, about more than tennis so aptly put here
IT'S RICHARD GONZALEZ NOT PANCHO. TELL THAT TO FRITZ KRAMER.
HISPANIC AMERICAN ATHLETE ,,,I SALUTE YOU 👏🇺🇸
is this available? can't find it anywhere
He is ecuadorian
the match against Pasarell at Wimbledon in 1969 went over five hours, he was forty one,
actually a one hundred thirty mile an hour serve, but seventy percent first serves in, with a wood racket and no jump, one hundred and ten mile an hour forehand, nowadays sixty percent first serves in is common,, he beat Laver when he was forty, Wimbledon at forty one to the quarters, appreciation of history makes watching more fun, he was the best
My dad would get him three packs of smokes before his games, he would sit and watch t.v and smoke the rest at night
Is it possible to buy this documentary, anywhere? This is an international awarded film, and it is so necessary to know about our magnificent culture, and be able to teach those willing to learn. Thank you so much for uploading this section.
Is Gonzales not Gonzalez..
