@@MagicalX3000 oh it really looks brutal! its like a mixture of speed trainning and knock out i think ill be dropping the weights that i usually carry on boths hands cause it looks a bit dangerous when done with weights. this combo looks so much fun 😍 thank you for sharing your gameplays😍

Dude, be careful with this type of exercise, not for rookies and use a type of weight that is fitting with your body build and stretch before you do so.
