Another great lecture. So helpful. Please organize lectures so there is a demarcation with other supplementary videos.
Would love to have a demarcation between the lectures and the supplementary videos
Very great lectures. Thanks so much, however please organize the lectures chronologically. Will greatly appreciate.
Thank you very much
this is proper where can i get the slides 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you !!
Sir if it is Datum B is mentioned in FCF ,then how to draw the functional gauge wrt Datum B. Movement of datum B wrt datum simulator B only Parallel,no other orientation.
Sir, how to understand whether the centre of feature locating zone is at circumference of the pattern locating zone at assembly.
Sir, is there any clearance between datum simulator B&C and Datum B&C respectively ,or is this clearance will maintain by the tolerance zone in the gauge pin.kindly reply
Sir, how to make gauge pin for PLTZF & FRTZF in composite positional tolerance , kindly reply.
Thank you for this video. It is a nice guide.
Thank you! This video helped me understand the basics of DFMA
Thank you! This video helped me understand the basics of DFMA
Please post lecture on chapter 11
❤❤❤❤
Thanks you for nice info.... I would also like to have link to lecture 1 and 2.
Great video Correction: In metric thread pitch is the distance between two adjacent threads.
Absolutely right. I realized my mistake pretty much as soon as I finished the recording. I need to insert a correction in the video. LOL. Thanks for catching that.
Thank you
Life saver thank you :)
Hello Sir, this is a nice informative session. May I have a copy of this presentation?
Thank you. Please where can I get part 2?
Thanks for sharing. These videos are great.
Thank you very very much 😊
In your first example, what would be the diferance when only datum A denoted compare to datum A and datum B both denoted ?
Datums A and B lock the .020" tolerance zone in the Datum Ref Frame and prevent the tolerance zone from shifting, in this case, laterally (Datum B) and vertically (Datum A). If Datum B was omitted the tolerance zone would be free to move laterally, and only be prevented (by Datum A) from moving vertically.
Error @10:32! "1.5" *DOES NOT* mean that there is, to quote you "1.5 threads per millimetre (or 3 threads every 2 mm)". "1.5" means there is 1.5mm between threads. Skip all that "inverse logic" in metric system! :) This is tight and concise ruclips.net/video/C4hblJGoTJk/видео.html
You are correct. Don't know what I was thinking when I froze there and then stated the wrong thing. I was going to say the correct definition but my brain froze. Thanks for catching that.
Thanks. You are of course correct. I noticed this pretty quickly after finishing the video. Need to add a correction to the video soon.
thank you “Composit Position” appears to be meaningless when the part is completely fixed in the assembled state and cannot move or rotate at all. So, is “composit position” used when parts can move or rotate slightly in the assembled state? I am curious in what cases “composit position” is applied to part drawings.
Man I wish you’d quit trying to teach the shit and just show me what to do so I could get my stuff over with this semester. Autocad is such dogshit 🙄
Hello sir, thanks for the video. it is great one with very useful information. I have just one question. Is there anywhere where i can find the rules of parts' assembly (order assembly, assembly diagram....etc) thank you
fascinating lecture, thanks
Thanks for nice lecture
Nice lectures, i appreciated your effort sir, thanks
This OnLine Tool and Explanation are Excellent. Thank you very much!
What is name of the text and software
What text book are you using.
Hi. Im stuck on the "post process" thing. I am using a homebuilt CNC machine, so what do I select under the "post" selection tab?
In a half-section view of this part would one of the slots appear down the center, meaning it would be centered 90 deg. from the right and left slots in that view.
No. The slot would only appear on the sectioned half of the half-section view and the unsectioned half would appear as viewed from the exterior (with no interior/section view). The unsectioned half should have no hidden lines based on the rule for not showing hidden lines in a section view.
@@chickennugget5376 thanks
Thank you and nice video
your vedio is very informative.. thank you so much sir for this vedio.
Thank you, this was very helpful
awesome presentation .
Good video
In level 2 ,form tolerance 0.16 is applying to feature or feature of size,if it is in FOS, tolerance is effecting to derived medium plane, means center of size,is it correct or not . kindly a reply .
Thank you for your all special training in gd&t
Great Video! Very clearly explained and very helpful for my notes in my current Machine Drafting course. Thank You Sir! Will be looking forward for more videos.
Excellent video, all doubts are clear.
What happened to chapter 1 &2
Chapter 1: Introduction to Dimensioning and Tolerancing and 2: Dimensioning and Tolerancing Symbology from GD&T: Application and Interpretation, 7th Edition, By: Bruce A. Wilson (www.g-w.com/gdt-application-and-interpretation-2021) were assigned for reading and did not have a video lecture.
Good 👍
Can i ask? Where did you find out the cost and assembly time? There are tools or software you used to find out?
The reference for the cost and assembly time portion of the presentation are from Product Design for Manufacture and Assembly by Boothroyd, Dewhurst, and Knight.
Ty very much for this video. Really clear information
