      You want the robot to take the dustbin out of the dock, out the front door and to the local dumpster? Or is your robot not emptying into the dock?

      ​@twennywonn You can do it on the app. When you Enter device > device settings (three top right corner) and search for "dustbin". It will take you to two options "Dustbin Auto-Empty Frequency" and "Empty mode" try to set it on high and Max.

      ​@@twennywonn make sure, that the removable front (the thing you need to remove to swap the dustbag) is locked in correctly. if it is not clicked in correctly than it wont get enough power to drain the dustbin of the robot cause it cant make a vacuum.

      Turns out that the FRONT PLATE on the base station (where the dustbag goes), has to be attached 100 procent correctly, otherwise it does not have enough suction power to empty the dustbin! Roborock - That seems to be a common issue, so please spread the word!

    This should’ve been the easiest thing in the world to do, but it’s not. I have no idea why they chose the size connections that they did. I could’ve easily connected this to my utility sink using a dishwasher drain. However, dishwasher drain is 1/2 inch and this drain hose is 3/8 so now I have to figure out how to rearrange a whole drain. Also the water intake valve is 5/8, but the faucet on my sink is 3/8. I believe that my utility sink is standard size in the US. So I have no idea how they come up with the sizes but they’ve taken something really simple into a requirement to redo all my plumbing.

    Does anyone know what kind of monitoring the Dock is supporting? Especially the Dirt- and Freshwater Tanks? Is there any notifications if one of the Tanks is empty or full or if the water can’t pumped out from the ground during the mop washing mode? I couldn’t find any informations about that. Thanks
