You service is the worst service on the planet. I lose my connection 10 times every morning, never in the afternoon or evening. Your worthless support says it is my router, yet won't tell me what router I should buy because that would bring your endless execuses to a close. The only reason why you're still in business is because you have a monopoly. Seriously GFY.

Blue ridge cable is not all that. First of all the price for cable is on the rise. If you can find an alternative, then go with that. If you want internet, you have to purchase the high money packages. If you you can't afford their, "premium" packages and can only go with basic cable service, they will not include internet. When you purchase a premium package you pay more and with internet, you pay even more. I got the 100 dollar a month package. With internet, I pay more than 200 dollars a month. Greed is the worst sickness that plagues all of humanity and the very reason as to why all of mankind has to live a difficult life. I remember when I was a kid, cable service was 4 dollars. In Jr high school, it was 15 dollars. Now with all this technology shit that everyone swears by has the cost of cable service up more than my electric bill and that's bad, really bad. So if you can do something different and not deal with a cable company, do it. Because today, cable service is for the super rich......

All very nice but how about fixing the same old issues? Recording shows always cutting off the very end. Could that be because the system clock on the network is wrong? How about the mini boxes always can't connect to the main box? You add more junk to go wrong, but the same old issues are never fixed!!!
