hey do you have a way i can contact you on some of your video content? I'm interested in riding the 500 but need to know what i need to do it
why not do an online auction yourself. promote them through your internet presence and save all the fees and costs of public auctions. just a thought.
I have a Defender Limited, and would like to do this with it. The comments mention a tag required. Is this a NC tag, or is there some kind of temporary tag available for those of us in states that don’t require a tag nor have a title? It’s a little confusing trying to figure this out. I’ve already noticed that SxS isn’t liked by the 2 wheel folks. Thanks
Is that Iron Mountain?
What street legal system are you running?
I completely made my own using a XK glow button pad and some Curt 5 wire to 4 wire trailer light convertors
you do have a settings to keep your horizon level so that they don't show a tilt
This was was gateway drone to bigger ones, awesome drone
I see that now. My only concern is how to carry a big long range drone
Honest review, thank you.
Always been curious -- are the Defender Pros more quiet than the regular Defenders in the cab? Thought they might be since there is a storage box between the cab and the motor.
It is by a little but not much. Behind the pro cab is the footwell from the 4 door and it makes the noise drone into the cab
Good review and fantastic footage. 💯
What bumper is that?
It is two pieces bolted onto the factory bumper from BRP
how much gas stops did u do
About twice a day. If we didn't have to use our fuel bags then we wouldn't
This is great video shows up close the mud slides and how far they went and path of destruction good job with drone shot I have been working up there for a wile helping with this you can’t tell people and do this justice videos like this puts it in prospective for people a little better thanks guys
Nice video but turn the music off while you’re talking.
Will do. I'm still learning the whole RUclips thing
180th sub like the vids
I don't understand
When u doing again I want to go u must have your road tag I take
@@KUSTOMWORCS not sure yet Maybe we can get a group together and yes you need a tag
@@hunter_stans I’m street legal I want in give me a heads up I’ll role
Is that iron mountain I’m planning on 5th race is it same track
Yes it is with a few changes
Did you map it out yourself or go with a group with previous experience?
We mapped it out ourself by just using a nation geographic map and trying to stay on the coast
I wanna do this so bad now!
awesome trip
How long or how far have ran the car without stopping ?
@kailfranco4339 After about 3 hours you really got to get out and out fuel in and stretch your legs. One of the days we ran about 12 hours and only stopped for gas
Holy thats awesome, those cars are beast without cvt belts literally a regular car
What about oil and trans change
I am gonna work on having my Maverick look just like yours. I think they look really cool.
I really like the light that you have above the roof what type of light? Maverick R I want mine to look like yours.
The light is a rough country light. I think it is the 6.5"
Just got a maverick R, will have to check out this trip. Trying to understand the normal sounds of the DCT, especially some of the rattles sounds in high gear, low rpm cruising at 35-40 mph, did you notice in the longer rides? Where can I gain insight into the routes you took? I have a Tread XL for navigation now, assume this might be a posted trip?
@@todda2026 a lot of the routes we take are dual sport routes like this one. As for DCT noises just keep in mind that the Maverick R likes RPMs. The trans need atleast 5k rpm to be happy.
Great video! Been wanting to do this, but wasn’t sure if you could on a SxS. What file and route did you use? Looks like y’all had fun!
I just found one off a facebook group for dual sports
And now, just invision mud and it raining. Man, this is gonna be fun. Awesome job on this.
Thoroughly enjoyed your SM500 videos. Did you guys run into issues regarding legality of driving the SxS’s on roads or through national forest. Can seem to get concrete answer when searching the internet. SxS riders say it’s legal and Dual Sport riders say it not…go figure. Most points of argument seem to around national forest roads in GA. Of course my machine has a tagged (North Carolina). Thanks in advance.
We have not had any issues yet. Im not sure that anyone on the east coast really has a solid answer as its all new, The USFS i think also does not know what to do. We did have one person tell us that we cant be out there but he didnt give us a ticket because he didnt know what law we were breaking.
@@hunter_stans thanks for the reply. I agree; it’s all new and even law enforcement doesn’t know what to do. I sent the GA Chattahoochee division and email a month ago asking this same question with no response as of yet.
