Ego in the Workplace: How It Destroys Teams and Culture (And How to Fix It)
The real problem is over-schooling of low IQ kids who would be better served by enrolling them in manual arts programs including a modicum of cultural enrichment other than competitive college prep liberal arts. Because enrolling kids with double digit IQs who are allergic to reading in college prep after middle school is grotesque. But for the teachers it’s a shit job at this point, and really has been for multiple decades. But if you hate yourself and believe that you need to be punished then by all means go ahead and major in education as a highly effective means of wasting boatloads of money on a useless degree. It’s because of shit degrees that millions of college graduates end up going into the trades just to escape getting buried in paperwork while making shit money and dealing with everybody’s undisciplined kids who think that their high school is a fight club.

How can I best grow the 100k I have saved seperately outside retirement access which of course had depleted over the years?
