And the plate: K&M 18811 www.thomann.de/de/km_18819.htm But the plate is almost to small. Those two three tier stands fit just like that. On a stage I don't know if they could fall... I think not but I haven't tried that. So far in the daily studio use the stand feels safe and I actually have two of them 😊

@@bitbe6152 Thank you very much for your answer. I will check these K&M items as I have already a K&M rack for my mixer and some rackable components. By searching further on Thomann catalog, I discover the Blackpanthersystem Cedro S too, which offer almost the same solution with a range of useful accessories.

Absolutely! Big sweet spots and lots of connections to make. If you'd buy that amount of modules in Eurorack... it might be more expensive but also a more "personal" instrument. But not necessarily better sounding. I just love the workflow and they are inspiring instruments for me. That's what counts. 🙂

Thank you! Yes, and I think that the Labyrinth is complex enough for me to reduce my set for a while in order to explore as many places as possible. Been a chaser of audio rate modulation and cross modulation sounds for a while. Just before the Labyrinth came out, I had decided, that I need to go west 😅

Thank you! It's a german manufacturer: K&M (Koenig&Meyer) Omega 18810 Set with a metal plate for the three tier stands: K&M 18819. I like this one a lot. It's solid but also not cheap. There are many other good stands out there 😉

Thank you 🙂 I always try to get the sound right by balancing all components. I try to figure out the sonic range of each instrument, depending on its purpose in the piece before I perform and record a patch. That's why I didn't go wild with the Matriarchs filter cutoff.

I am still learning it's capabilities and figuring out how to use it. So far I didn't approach it as an instrument but a filterbank that wields very interesting results. Compared to the DFAM or the Subharmonicon, it's not that "exiting" as a single instrument. Think it's super power lies in combining it with other instruments for example it's filter capabilities add very cool and unique textures to the Subharmonicon. I've tried the vocoding option and it's gonna take me some time to get good sounds out of it 😅

Hi, the sound studio 3 is not necessarily educational. Both Subharmonicon and DFAM are not easy to get your head around at first. (at least for me) Mastering the Subharmonicon requires knowledge of music theory, like harmony and temperament. The DFAM is limiting, not sonically but it's sequencer with eight steps is in terms of repetitive patterns. I love playing the sound studio 3 but it took me a while to learn these instruments and express my intentions with them. Anyway I've never had any regrets about buying those instruments. I hope you'll get in a wonderful musical journey 👍

Hi, the Arturia MicroBrute has a pitch out and gate out cv at the back. I've used mult cables to spread the pitch cv signal to each synth. 😊 Hope that helps 👍
