I used to incinerate the same way. I bought a weed burner propane torch. Man its so quick. I can burn all those in 5 min.

Why not denox with sulfamic acid? Saves lots of smb. That's some nasty fumes.

I hope the metiorite you found before was tiny if you got 1800 for it cause if that is an 11 pound meteorite then its worth millions if dollars not to mention thay it would be in quite a large inpact crator considering the size that it would of been entering the atmosphere and you would have a strewn feild all over there so bet to go get a metal detector and some magnets and get it all .... but i dont think its a meteorite

I found a meteorite once, back in the 90s. However, where I live the state claims all meteorites without compensation, so I looked at it, took some pictures, and left it where it was.

Possibly you should read up on meteorites before you get carried away and ruin aggregate stones lol

Meteorites don't just contain iorn the have nickel and other types of metals and I personally would have it evaluated professionally because they are worth a hellava lot of money

truth is this man is right.people like me and him are looked down upon because most people didnt learn the right way to find meteorites.i am the messanger on you tube with 80 plus videos.once people learn one way if they dont see it the way they learn it they dont believe it is a meteorite.the truth is a meteorite can look like a regular earth rock depending on the temperatures and pressure it is exposed to.how high the melting point and what the composition of the rock is.if it was converted to amorphious metal metalic glass it will be magneticly weak and weigh ten percent less then a regular meteorite.why the real experts are wrong is because they never researched the 1833 meteor shower and actually listened to what the people said that whitnessed that event.they all think it was a regular meteor shower.my findings tell me it was a hot metal shower.i worked in a metal plant for five years that is metal.you cant use the same set of rules to find meteorites in washington state where i live.as you do for the sahara desert and antarctica.now experts say it has to have fusion crust.this is what portland state university told me.when i looked it up on another university website they say meteorites that fall in the pacific northwest DONT ALLWAYS HAVE FUSION CRUST.and i can tell you this a meteorite made of metallic glass or one that has been fused look nothing like one that burned in the mesosphere.

Cover parts with HCL, add 1 cup of sulphuric acid, and a tablespoon of sodium nitrate. It will strip all the gold too. But after gold goes into solution, decant and denox. Or else it will continue to eat into base metals and send them into solution too. After your smb drop, refine again with poormans AR. It's all cheaper than goldex. It may not be as easy, but it's cheap and fast.
