Great job! Thank you for sharing my friend!
Great job my friend! Thank you for sharing!!
Very well explained! Thank you for sharing my friend!

Thanks ! How many hats can you sew per needle ?
I run my needles approximately 10 hrs each then change. If I'm sewing tough hides it's less.
on your paddles drill 6 holes across them add 1/2 dowel rods protruding out about 1"glue in it will help break the hides made mine 25 years ago
Great info very appreciated!
Good for you! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
what's most common setting you use? Also, would you recommend the TechSew? How long have you had yours?
Had it about 3 years, I normally run stitches longer because there is less twist. I've only ever had this one and haven't ran others so I don't know how it compares.
Thanks for sharing buddy!
if your not going to tell what the solution is no need to make video....that is the purpose of making a video, how you do it
Thank you for sharing my friend!
excellent video
You're gonna be an expert ! Good job. We gotta make it chic to wear fur again.
My sis is a seamstress for many decades, and you are correct, no machine, will substitute experience
how can someone order a fur hat
Best way is look me up on Facebook and browse pictures so you can see all the options. If you have any trouble let me know and we can do something different. Thank you for watching☺️
Don’t have Facebook
Why use this over a standard model of singer machine?
It keeps edges really even, the seams don't show as much, you can easily tuck the longer fur. Also it doesn't have a lower bobbin so you don't need to stop for that which saves time on the bigger projects.
Where can I find this
McKenzie taxidermy supplies
Where does a person get the fleshing machine??
I got mine used but you can get them through McKenzie taxidermy supplies, matuska taxidermy supplies or find on marketplace from time to time.
Thanks for your help and keep up the great work
I need the shaving machine
Interested in getting some tails done. How do I contact you about it?
Look me up on Facebook or send message on messenger thank you
Great job! Thank you for sharing my friend!
I dry tan all my capes from wildlife galleries in Michigan. All you have to do is rehydrate or soak the cape before you measure for your form. Soak measure and freeze until your form arrives and you are ready to mount the cape. I get all the stretch back out of a dry tan cape as you get out of a wet tan.
I know Charlotte at wildlife gallery. I'm gonna message her and see what process they use. I'm very interested in this and might do a second video. Thank you
@@pradostradingpost623 my understanding is the climate the mount is going to be displayed in. I live in the southwest, very dry. Wet tans in a dry climate experience issues.
Great info, I always like to learn new things
What kind of tanning oil and acid do you use?
Citric acid and truebond 1000B on dry tans or pro 1 on wet tans
Very well explained my friend!
Thanks a bunch! Let me know if you have any content ideas.
Thank you very much I have been learning alot from you very good content
Thank you very much. Appreciate your comments🙂
Great job buddy! Thank you for sharing!
Can u make a video on why you don't stretch and finish pelts that are going to be used for taxidermy
Sure I will make one soon
Awesome video great content on this channel
Great job buddy! Thank you for sharing!
No problem I've been getting requests to make more sewing videos.
Great job and keep up the good work
Good job man especially if you are still trying to get a handle on of using machine. Keep on keeping on like the content
Thank you!
That is an awesome idea
Make more sewing videos!
Thumbs down to this series. I get that you have a business, best of luck to you, but your series was a waste of time and does not help a guy looking to tan at home. Happy New Year!
Love the sewing vids
Great job buddy! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing my friend!
That's still a lot of work for a $5 pelt??
He is not fleshing and selling like a trapper.. He's using them and tanning for hats etc ... Worth way more than $5
@@daleedwards9102 Worth way more and involves way more work??
Use some weasel fur on the borders.
How much do you charge to tan Beaver .?
Thank you for sharing my friend!

Thank you for sharing buddy!
Tumbler is turning way to fast
Wheres the 5th vid? Also what is your recipe? I tried the orange bottle and they are well...they come out with an unpleasant oder even though they been fleshed and degreased
I will look into the 5th one.
@@pradostradingpost623 cool cause it just jumped for 4 to 6... While I was watching. Still not happy how these tailed turned out with the smell. Trying to get ideas away from the orange bottle. Do like that auto tanner and flesher ya got dont like the price...thinking of rednecking something with a bench grinder and a 55 gallon drum.
if you even out the strings after the first stitch is set and wax them heavily with beeswax it helps with the tangling and twisting alot. just a tip. ive learned alot from watching you.
You still tanning beaver tails?
Yep
Hi there I am interested in having some hats made from a few un tanned pelts I have is there a phone number I can reach you thanks !
that is really beautiful!
Nice!
Thanks for sharing and glad to see you posting again
