i’m so bored all the time, what are things you like to do when ur bored?
That’s a really good question. The first thing I did to help myself with boredom is come off of social media. It was hard at first but I learnt to sit with the boredom. I didn’t know what to do with myself. This helped me find joy out of the mundane. So now when I’m bored I crochet, I make art, I go for a walk, I film, I listen to music, I read and I try to appreciate where I am, who I am and who I can be. But most importantly, I do one thing a day that takes me out of my comfort zone. Once a day go on a little adventure. It can be as small as making a phone call to taking a bus to a random town. Whatever gives you that little feeling of new and scary. Just be safe and remember to keep the feeling little ❤️
