A quick update on the progress of the project. The timeframe initially stated was 12 months. ? I'm so looking forward to completion and get up there to cycle the new planned circular route.

Car driver almost took John out. Thankfully the driver swerved into his own lane. Just in time. A biker sadly met with a fatal accident on the same day. Condolences to the family. :( Please be careful out there.......

How does it mount on? I have 2 inch risers, would it work?
@smrtazz101 The Touring Screen simply replaces the original. You will need to remove the batwing fairing to get access to the screws. Simply remove them and remove the little screen. Replace it with the tourer and then reassemble the batwing. Sorted. Hope that helps you out. 🫡 Ps. Yes I also have the risers. That won't affect the benefits of the replacement screen.
Just found your video...great stuff..loved it...., just spent our third weekend up at the bunhouse with a fishing party.....new people this year a lovely young family, not that the last folks were bad, they were awesome...spent Sunday night watching a pine martin on the back garden table...:)
I hope this civil engineering company does not get anymore contracts, the hassle it's causing to the local commuters is immense.

I had a friend who lived at Barrhead Rd, Newton Mearns. I had no idea there were lakes nearby. I guess it supplies water to Glasgow? I stayed in Newton Mearns for about a week in the early 60’s. PICTON, South Island, New Zealand.

This will be a great asset. I remember the barrhead dams, great fishing in the 1970's
I love serendipity moments. I've done my son's first go ape video using m83. We have been at this particular one last year, but it was booked in like a month in advance. We have secured tickets now so looking forward to it.

why is it in this country our civil works projects seem to take ten times longer than any other country. Answer: because they love to waste time money and spin it out.

It's a myth. Here in sw France Railway line between two major cities shut now for 6 years due to the sleepers being rotten They have a replacement bus service only one issue The dualling and bypass towns of the RN141 just a 35km stretch is now in its 16th year and they are only on the middle of the project First stage past chabanais has been open 8 years. Next 10km is still not built might be done this year. Final 10k they haven't even started

Thank for the review man. Down in Oxfordshire and thinking of getting the 1100T, been out on it trial all afternoon, but knew right offf i would need the tyrouring screen. Do you find you get much air blast through the vent on the fairing? Aslo, see you got the manual, which i favour.
Hi glad you found the review useful. And no, I don't get air through the vent. Not that I notice anyway. Manual every day of the week for me man. 👊 I'm actually considering selling mine if you're interested.
@@mansellmovies Still thinking of getting pne on HP but could if the price was right maybe. Not entirely sure. My ST1300 gear box cranke3d and stuck, need to get the appraisal before I know what i am doing and whther can to a newish 1100t or not
Did get the manual. Question, do you need to remove the batwing fairing to install yhr screen, is it just th6 (3 a side) bolts, and is the fairing attached to headlight ? Thanks @mansellmovies

Me and the wife have never been abroad together after 29yrs we're finally going here and to the same hotel thanks to your video. She said find me that hotel and I'll go 😁. We're off in October with no kids in tow,not that they're kid's anymore youngest being almost 18. Just want to thank you for the uploads and hopefully we'll be heading to the Canaries in March 👍🏻

Thanks bud, really excited. Wife suffers with anxiety and a lot of friends said this is the ideal resort for her. I'll be going through your other vids so we get the right place to go to in March. Any recommendations would be great, I'll be 57 wife 53 in March so some sun and relaxation will be great 😁

186 miles Nick, give or take. We all travelled home together I didn't see the point in boring any viewers with motorway ride home. 😉
