He tried to play timid with meta and when that wasnt working the next match he decided to grab spam his way to victory while waiting for my approach. So next match i decided to choose my level 1 Meta paTROLLER against his max level.

How you make your character look like that?
xml xv2 serializer and replace the cac's hair value to preexisting corresponding number for ssj3 which is 299. any changes to your cac after that will turn your hair back to default making it that you will have to redo the hair process.

The hair is using a tool called XML editor the eyes are a base game preset [ if you look closely you can see the pupils ] and the outfit is from the Fest. Of Universes
