Elco 80 foot, Patrol Torpedo boat 70.0 cm long, scale model.
Italeri 1/35, MTB PT-109 kit #5613 with corrections, modifications and upgraded details for more scale accuracy. Currently (12/24) out of production.
Master metal gun barrels, 3D printed ammo belts, scratch built chart house and day room interiors. Anti-foul hull paint would have normally been red. I chose black as a possible alternative.
Custom stainless steel stand allows multiple pitch angles.
Model is of the early, PT-103 type as it would appear shortly after leaving the manufacturer for testing out on the nearby waters. The intension is not to represent a historically specific subject and the reason for the absence of the recog...

Two, Tamiya Kit #27, F4U-1D Corsair fighters in 1/32 scale. One posed in flight built similar to the modern day airshow examples. The custom stand ghosted out of the images so as to be less of a distraction. The second as an all metallic display of the model itself with folded wings.

1/24 Scale model depicting the recent restoration of a P-47, 'Razorback' by AirCorps Aviation. Focke Wolf 190 A5 built model kit. Second recording of the model now in natural light. The sunlight effects the camera making the spinning propeller appear to move oddly. Rotation is adjustable, turning at 600RPM during the recording. Model is not meant to be a historical period example but a nod to modern day restorers that rebuild old aircraft and test fly before painting them.

1/32 Tamiya Vought F4U-1D Corsair kit. Finished mostly in metallic acrylic paints and buffable wax. Eduard detail sets. Ribbed tires for carrier use replaced the cross hatch kit tires. Removable cowl covers (loose in video) ,canopy/fuselage section, and drop tanks.

The outer surfaces modified to have the uneven appearance of sheet metal on WW2 airplanes. The look of polished aluminum is for practice to achieve the finish on future larger projects.
