Any berries: one cup is 50-70 cals Spinach: bro a whole big container of spinach is only 35 cals!! Sugar free jello snack packs: taste a little watery but only 5 cals Grain/healthy bread: 50-70 cal per piece Rice cakes: 25-35 cals! Part two idk when but remind me!
