What month is best to harvest? I planted mine by seed this year and theyre doing amazing its still warm here

My sisters neighbor behind her. Planted it. It has taken over the WHOLE AREA and is creeping into the adjoining peoples yard and landscape. Inbetween bushes, pavers etc. Beware.
What growing zone are they in! They really are so easy to grow they can definitely become a weed!
