Really helpful, thanks. I'd worked most of it out by ear, but it can be tricky to pick up because of the dropped tuning. I share your enthusiasm for this song - so many neat little flourishes!

Nice. I break down of the bass syncopation behind the riff would be helpful too. Mike is clearly playing an intentional part that is not main riff of tune. A breakdown of the time signature for the whole song would be wonderful. A appears to be in 6 during verse and go to 4 during chorus. There seems to be odd measures connecting the transitions. I would love to get my hands on a good chart of this song. I play bass in a band and we're doing this song. My grasp of what is going on is tenuous at best.

Jewel of a cover! I just started learning it two days ago, but it seems some people skip that A7 and just go straight to the D. That A7 makes it sound so much better. Another thing that makes this great to me is your riff on the B minor in the verses. What would the chords for “a lullaby the breezes whisper” be though? I see it on Emil’s tabs as D to Dm, and that does not sound right at all. Cheers man!
