I primarily do this for myself, so I can go back periodically and reflect on ability/improvement. It's pretty cool to look back at what you were doing 6 months ago and see how you compare. It looks like you have some pretty nice plays, might as well upload some of your favorites. I use osr2mp4 to convert my replays into video files so I don't ever have to bother recording.

I'm pretty old for this community, and us old folks improve a lot more slowly than younger people do, so I have faith that you can get there more quickly than I did!

is it weird that i find hard mode more accurate? and that expert mostly adds random notes to make it harder?
Pretty much, some of the additional notes make sense (small details like fret hand muted stums between chords) but they do add a lot of unrealistic padding like Keyboards, both guitar parts merged together ect.
