Looks good…couple of questions tho. Heat grill to 150F and cook meat to 50C correct? What are the proportions of the wasabi, ginger, pepper and salt roughly?
About the temperature thats correct, about the spices I have no idea, it was a premade spice. Also searched for you on the packet but they did not tell how much. Anyway, you can always try to make your own version ;)

Totally agree, the skin gets crunchier while still juicy on the inside 🤤

@@TheBBQBastard soak it 1 day 1 gallon liquid and a 1./4 salt. Brining. Add what ever spices you want in the turkey.
