Perfectly Brined and Glazed Quail (South Indian-Texan BBQ) | KanDeepa Texan | Deepa Shridhar
"I say it so often, too often: brine your birds. Brines keep your product moist and tender, but they also can really impart flavor. Brining is one of my favorite cooking cheats. The brine helps to season and maintain moisture, the Jaggery caramel glaze helps then sear the meat, the result is a charred and tender quail.
Ingredients:
Banana leaf or segment (a square)
¼ cup of jaggery
¼ cup of salt
1 lime
1 ¼ quart of water
Find the recipe on our channel! [Insert RUclips Link]"

"Jaggery is one of the original forms of sugar, I love the idea of turning it into a caramel that can adapt itself to many recipes and moreover adds depth and richness to both desserts and savory dishes alike." Jaggery Caramel Ingredients: 1 cup Jaggery, roughly cut 1 cup coconut sugar 1 small can of coconut cream 1 cup water 1 big pinch of salt Recipe: Combine the sugars and water in a pot. On...

Authentic Stacked Beef Enchiladas | Tex-Mex Queen
Are you in the US, I would like to learn how to cook pancit.
Can’t wait to try this! Recently discovered your Tex-Mex Queen videos, and have to say “Thank you Villaney!” As a lifelong Texan, your Tex-Mex style recipes are the kind I grew up on and love, yet unbelievably, where my hubby & live now on our remote ranch, there’s not a single decent Tex-Mex recipe within an hour of us in any direction. No worries now though, because your simple and amazing recipes are helping me to make Tex-Mex at home! Hope you’ll have many more videos and best wishes for success with your RUclips channel! Ps-made your Papi’s migas tonight for dinner, and they were SO yummy!🥰
Me: “ugh, I’m always afraid to try using dried chilies”, two seconds later @ 1:57, I hear “guys, don’t be afraid to use these!” 🤣 Thank you for a great video that’s taken the fear out of using dried chilies! This recipe looks great and can’t wait to try it! 😋
Yes, this is my favorite breakfast, with extra spicy salsa. Love
I love your cooking. I’m confused finding what name I need to subscribe to … Is it Tex Mex Queen or Identity?
Yeah - I'm going to make this. I'll do it in a dutch oven on my smoker, rather than a slow cooker. And you better bet I am going to make those Big Red Margaritas to serve with it.
Where store at cookie
U c felipe
Who filming felipe
Thanks!
Im making this for the first time for church and using your video plus a few things from my mom. I dont like celery so she said she uses zucchini
Sorry don't like cilantro
Wow delisious thank.u
Nice ladybreminds me of my relatives
Use gloves
Sorry don't put japeno
What the hell happened?! You didn’t finish the video?!?!
yupp finna cook this right NEOW
I make it with less cheese and with New Mexico green chile, chopped small, as well as jalapeno. This makes it less stringy when you load up a tostada and the green chile adds a nice complex flavor.
Thank you for sharing. I was looking for an easy beef taco recipe (other than standard ground beef). I notice dependimg on location some have an adobo type sauce but the simplicity of a few added ingredients allows the real beef flavor come out. Just curious how much is beef cheek in your area. In N. Calif, it’s $8.99 lb.
Nicely done 🤘🏻
I have a recipe for chorizo spaghetti with tomato’s and jalapeños and basil. It’s amazing let me know if u want the specs😂 I blot out the grease tho and I use beef chorizo not pork
Game Changer: sauté cooked spaghetti in the chorizo then add beaten eggs to make an omelette. Add cheese to finish it off. Chipotle peppers with a little sauce are nice too.
God loves you unconditionally. No matter what. Join a Baptist church near you if you are willing and able. I see myself in you. I'm sorry you're going through all this stuff. But there's nothing wrong wjth you. I did finally meet and marry a good man. I still don't have any friends, and haven't had any since one or two in college over a decade ago. It will be okay. I had to get over my crippling fear and date a handful of people to finally meet my husband. But it eventually worked itself out. Get baptized and pray daily, whenever. Just have conversations or quick things to talk about with God. He's always listening and always with you, unconditionally loving you. This world can he be very cruel. But just being kind and smiling helps, and sometimes people will smile back. If you really want something, you do have to try, obviously lol, and you will be pleasantly surprised where life takes you as a few years go by. Be gentle with yourself, stop negative self talk, and be present. The past and future don't exist, therefore this moment is neutral, and the only time that is real and that actually matters. Please just try going to church and I think you'll find good people. Minimize the amount of time on screens. Find things to do sometimes that genuinely snd absolutely occupy your focus and full attention. For me, driving and decorating garden rocks to give to other people really demands my attention.
Great video, sure would like an ingredient list with amounts to get started.
I brown and cook mine in lard. It's not the same without lard.
Tony Baker brought me here.
Great recipe, but the way she pronounce chilis just doesn't sound right with the rest of the way she talks.
❤ just found you and truly loving your channel ❤
I'ma have to go to ur house on Saturdays
Made this for 10 pounds of flank steak for the Canelo/Munguia fight and it was a hit! Thank you so much for providing this recipe.
Can't wait to try this! I know my grandma would make frijoles for us all the time. I never tried and I def miss her. She came from Mexico, grew up in Texas. My fiance said his grandmas refried beans were the best he's ever had so I'm determined to start making them homemade. This is the perfect place to start. Thank you so much! <3
You are a excellent teacher
Med high heat skillet Oil Chorizo Onion 1/2 Serrano 1 Stir together Eggs 4 Crack in bowl, whisk Season epper, salt Mix, reduced heat
El Topozito was the originator in Mexico City. The trompo was inspired by a Childs toy. The onion and the pineapple are what finishes off theTrompo shape.
The food would look richer without the blurry filter. It looks washed out, low color
i married the only mexican in history who hated beans. i love beans. it didn't work out in texas we have "Casserole" brand dry pinto beans, and they have been pre-cleaned. and almost never have hard dirt clods or rocks. thanks for the recipe! 😃
Wow amazing awesome I learned something new😊😊😊
Chorizo is my new favorite kind of sausage!
Looks wonderful! We’re from Houston as well. Going to try your recipe with my new wok. Thanks for sharing!!
So I’m like a cat when it comes to chorizo. So In Texas. Let’s say a town has 3-4 burrito shops (authentic shops) I normally only like the Chorizo at 1 out of 4. 1 is very good and the other 3 the chorizo taste like blood or this unpleasant taste. I have child hood friends that are mexican and so she made us some all the time that was perfect. A brand at Walmart then at the Mexican food store. But I was curious if I’m the only picky cat on chorizo or if people are aware you have two dramatically different taste? I was staring to think. If people were only exposed to the nasty chorizo they would never know how good it actually is. - but a question I have. Do you think it’s the Egg - Chorizo ratio that’s got my undies in a knot? I Seriously would like to know if it’s just the spice ratios or brands?
Vinny! I absolutely LOVE ❤️ 😍 your kitchen!! Greetings from North Carolina!😁😉
❤ yummy
Looks delicious, My mouth is watering. Funny I have the same memories with my family back in Brownsville. Thanks for the recipe ❤
Hot garbage 😂
I want to ask you a question my dad died 9 days ago 😢 his favorite food was breakfast foods he wanted a celebration of life and I want to make Chilaquiles as my dish that I make for the party but how do you make a big dish and the tortillas not getting soggy?
