Almost bought a Harley. Went to the dealership, hung out, rode a few, realized they sucked and the people who bought them were mostly 60 year old drywallers living out some Sons of Anarchy fantasy. Bought a Goldwing instead.

As someone who's been riding for over 55 years I know I do not care what anyone is imagining me to be when I'm out there on my bike. I ride all brands, dirt or street. All types of bikes are just fine. All types of riders are fine. None bother me.
I've been riding Harleys for 25 years, and I still don't understand the attitude and sensitive character or ego of a good portion of the H-D bike community. Just weird. I ride to enjoy riding, not status, cool factor. I've been passed a million times, it doesn't mean nothing. How do they act in their cars when being passed. We are all on 2 wheels, regardless of bike brand, so, we are all the same community and really should respect each other. Stay safe everyone

Not impressed in a good way. Began riding in 1957 and went on to be a motorcycle tech and mechanic for over 15 years. What the content of this video is showing is how we understood NOT to conduct ourselves in traffic, both for the impression it might have on the other motorists but the danger lurking with so much speed in tight places on public roads. This is reckless and self-destructive; get away with it enough times and it increases confidence in the wrong attitudes.
