In July 2020 I packrafted down the River Tamiš in Serbia, between Sakule and Pančevo. The section I did is probably something like 60 kms although I did not track it. In August 2018 we spent a beautiful weekend in the village of Tršić in Western Serbia. The landscape is wonderful and I was inspired by it (and my over-eating) to go on a trail run, something I have not done since December of 2016 when I damaged my left knee.

I spent a couple of days walking in the Eastern Chilterns during June of 2018. As part of #30DaysWild I was looking to get away from things and experience a little nature. As is often the case the walking and the outdoors improved my mood immensely and had me thinking what it is that walking does to me - how it makes me happy.
