Here is something that freaked me out. 1, I have the same name as your guest - Stuart Perry 2, I had a damaged childhood, 3, Had a breakdown this time last year and have been in active therapy since march of this year due to an underlying issue that I never knew I had. 4, came across this podcast whilst looking for mental developement for bipolar sufferers. 5, I have such huge "lego" walls that I built up over the years and find it hard to let others through. Very informative interview.
