Awesome way to get in tight and back step around. You were so free to land that round kick from there it was great to see. 🫶 I bet if you used knees in kickboxing you'd be a beast cause you're not afraid at all to get in close and still throw those rounds, really cool

Can you upload a video on how to keep the continuity of kicks. I'm a white belt and I know 5-6 kicks but I only use roundhouse in sparring.HELP🙏
Usually, it just comes with skill. I’m an orange belt, and usually I apply 4-5 different kicks during sparring. When I was a white belt, I only could probably do front kick and roundhouse. If you aren’t flexible enough to do good kicks, I recommend sweeps. Easiest way to win any spar once you get good at it. Just keep practicing!
