We have an ektorp sectional as well. I have half my life stored under it! I have a bin of duplos , a box with stoneware baking pans and a cast iron skillet, 4 small bins with school books for my 4 homeschool aged kids, a bin for diapers and wipes, and the doorway baby bouncer (plus plenty of dust bunnies and random cars and pencils that end up sliding under the couch). I love your style. It is calming and homey!

I'm over here wondering if one of those bins will fit under our couch! Or maybe the a bed 🤔

This is the best I’ve seen so far. I’m changing up my look to modern lux. We are empty nesters and don’t need so much of a command center as we use to but still need a modern way to store the mail in the open floor plan kitchen, a calendar & way to let the adult daughters know they are loved, welcome to do laundry, get some free cable and take grab + go mail but just a more modern vibe that doesn’t take over our lives anymore. How did you make the tray on top? Thinking I could do a black and gold theme with a tray and contact paper. Is that correct. Or did you buy that tray.

Ty.... this is exactly what i needed to see... i saw another creator on another social media platform suggest in her "amazon finds" a magnetic lint bin and where i am that is currently 30 dollars and upwards. i just can't justify that for a lint bin lol. This is perfect!!! maybe 5 bucks max at dollar tree! and it looks perfect!!!! LOVE the laundry room i just found you today through this video and i can't wait to see more of your videos!

Please add a preservative or at least use distilled water at the bare minimum because castile soap is not disinfecting anything (its more of a gentle degreaser to get grime off). Using a spray bottle with vinegar will disinfect way better.
