The life and Times of a concrete contractor that made some changes
! Now I am the original 70 year old rookie bowler ! Seeking to excel! Heck I even bought a Hammer Effect to help accomplish that goal !
On April 17,2023 I began bowling after not bowling for 54 years . I set goals
As follows my bowling bucket list !
1. to lose weight 80 lbs 👍
2. I want to average 200 or better,
3. bowl 300 on regular basis !
4. Have a 800 series !
5. Bowl 3 games clean during league play!
The only goal obtained so far is losing the weight!!!
It’s been a year and I am still on my way to achieve these goals ‘
With Gods help all things are possible
I started at 69 plus years of age
300 plus lbs, high blood pressure
Numb feet with neuropathy, stenosis of the spine, arthritis and a few other things ! But I say forget those irritating
Ailments and keep moving.
Today I weigh 225 bowled 1200 games and my average at 190 in the last 30 games.
Thanks be to God ! Hallelujah Jesus!

I missed the seven pin in the fourth frame in the following seven out of eight shots were strikes with the only miss I had was a spare where I made the 10 so I came back strong
I stopped listening to my family, never been happier.

@@jcastllo hello ! Yes the virtual lesson, where I sent him videos. His suggestions meaning Mark Baker helped my allot. I need to send him A follow up . I also plan on going out to see him

@@michaeltovrea7947 it worked out ok today for me, the team did not do so good :( but it was a ok 👌 as far as mu personal goals were meet today! I averaged over 200 so that’s good ! One of my goals is to average 215 to 220 before year end on these house shot lanes

I had one ball when I was 16. No spare ball, just the brunswick danger zone. Now I have 7 and 3 are the same and one is a spare ball.
