I use ExitLag wich some what reduces my ping a lil but i get pkt losses at times when my internet isn't stable.

ExitLag helps in lowering the ping quite a bit.. but there are ping n loss spikes sometimes.. but not most of the times.. can try it.. i guess it's free for a month n then u can pay
