Bhai I am also going through this same issue !! 7 September 2024 ko ek Acer Laptop ko Online Purchase kiya ₹26k ka 8 September 2024 ko delivery hui humare gahr mai .. But after 1 week Uss Ghatiya laptop ne apni aukaad dikhadi !! Pehele Camera kharaab fir Keyboard kharaab humne fir Acer Engineer ko bulaya 3-4 engineers aaye har nate din fir last ek engineer ne kaha Ki Flipkart se contact karke Exchange karwao !! U hone ek jobsheet taiyaar karke di !! Yeh maine Mail kiya Flipkart ko !! Fir unka Mail aaya ki iss date ko aayenge wagerah !! Date khatham koi nahi aya !! Fir maine call kiya toh koi Customer service wale baat karte ki haan ham team ko send karenge !! Aur aaj yeh 2 mahine hogayaa .. koi lappu sa nahi aaya Flipkart se ..n Ek Customer executive ne toh mujhe Gaali diya .. maije woh Call record karliya hai .. Ab toh Flipkart wale mera Email block kar rahe hai ya fir kehete hai ki this Emial doesn't exist and also Phone bhu nahi uthate !! Now I am going to file a case against this ridiculous behaviour of Flipkart in Consumer court !! Dekhte hai kya hoga ..

Do not buy electronics online. Sasta k chakkar me you people end up getting harassed or getting faulty/tampered/used products. Maximum number of faults and harassment cases come from customers who buy from online platforms where as when it is a direct purchase from OEM, hardly any faults get reported.
