Noir really was more like a Jason Vorheese character than a ninja the new Noir has allot of good points like wtf even is this character why does he appear to be a ninja. Does he do ninja things? Why is his closet full of images of crudely drawn cartoon beavers? Edit: Oh shit looked back and got my answer. He is a ninja because at the time he was introduced into the biggest superhero team before the 7even, a group called Payback, the mask was very popular amongst a certain age demographic and they did not believe the world was quite ready to accept a back superhero. If he refused to wear his mask he would have been replaced.
