Before you download the printer driver check the version of your OS windows or Mac example windows 11 64bit then download the software for that version the same for Mac OS select the correct version like Mac OS 10.2 etc

Hello kabayan, wag kang magpapalit ng main board lalo na kung bago kasi may software yan na inaupload ikaw mismo mag proprogram, hindi yon na dodownload.
