** updated: got it figured out. I am pretty sure I tried to d-pad down in order to try to purchase more techs earlier on in the game and for some reason it would not let me. However, it seems to be sorted now. Stay tuned... **

This isn't World of Tanks though. It's WoT: Modern Combat - a totally different game, despite having a similar name. Can't wait to buy Clans though. I love Mechwarrior.

I’m not sure I buy the argument that ‘most of the players are stupids’ tbh. Sure some are, but when you consider how the game works and what’s the main driver behind it that decides pretty much everything from win or lose, bounce/miss or pen to exactly who and what tanks are in your team… it’s all RNG and wargaming use it to completely run their matches. I’m not the best player ever (I’ll admit that right now!), but after a few years playing you can see it day in day out. You can be on wargamings good RNG list one day and you can literally do absolutely no wrong in game after game. Yet the very next day you play the same tanks the same way and you get absolutely destroyed, because suddenly you’re on the negative RNG list. Perfectly aimed shots flying off into who knows where, inexplicable bounces, you can’t see anything but everyone can see you and when you get inevitably lit up all 15 red guns just happen to be looking directly at where you are… etc etc. The matchmaking is absolutely atrocious too, it’s never fun being -2 nowadays but it’s the constant games where you are bottom tier, game after game of being basically shoved into games as nothing more than an easy kill for someone on the red team, it’s crap! It’s not a good gaming experience at all. I could make my peace with that IF wargaming would do something to limit the frequency of it (if they won’t just permanently implement +1 -1) why not do something like if your bottom tier one game your definitely not going to be the following game?? It could be done, but they won’t. Then you get the well known issues… artillery with their pin point accuracy and ability to sit in a bush in the back corner one shotting anyone. This has effectively killed heavy tank gameplay. Lights that are anything but light! They can see everything, hit and pen everything while flying around the map at full speed spamming premium ammo, yet its near impossible to hit them back and even if you do it either bounces or does crappy track damage which they instantly repair. Many of them just yolo at you because they know perfectly well you probably won’t hit them but even if you do you’ll only take a bit of their health away and you won’t get a chance to reload before they sit behind you firing premium rounds into your ass. I had a game not long back where I hit the side of a Vanguard at close range with a Sturmpanzer TD top gun… all it did was tracked it!! It should have blown it into the next world! Premium tanks, stuff like the Cent AVRE, Barrasque, Taran etc etc… all pay to win overpowered crap that you see in pretty much every game. Great fun for the person playing them Im sure, at the expense of everyone else! Good business plan wargaming! and then people wonder why everyone wants to sit at the back hiding!? Once you have a few games getting crapped on, that’s what the game promotes. People start thinking ‘I’m getting slaughtered so I’ll try to sit at the back and snipe a bit of damage and at least survive as long as possible’. I totally share your frustration but it’s clear wargaming won’t actually fix any of the underlying issues. They only want to keep pushing new premium tanks out and other tat and garbage to make money. That’s all they care about. They want fast paced wipeout games filled with as many premium tanks firing premium ammo as possible. It’s incredibly annoying because the game does have its moments where it is a good game. It’s just such a shame those moments are becoming fewer and further between as time goes on. My way of playing now is to test the water with a few low tier games and see how it’s playing that day. If it’s ok then carry on. If you’re clearly getting screwed over then I just turn it off and play something else. It’s pointless and frustrating trying to carry on in the hope it improves on days like that!

I walked away from the game shortly after the AVRE came on the scene and the toxicity of a huge part of the player base. Just recently started playing again and the number of negative comments and just plain asshat players seems to have gotten worse

268.4 is a shit (poor dpm and poor armour) and chineese td 113 is not better. Use E4, 114 sp2, grille 15. And I suggest better position/map, arties are terrible... i always enjoy a lot when i catch one.

Obviously it is a rigged game, and in all its versions, and people excuse themselves by saying "it's not that the game is rigged, it's just that you don't know how to play" that they rot stupid, nor that it was our fault that the team we play It's shit, nor that it was our fault that out of nowhere the shots deviate or bounce without any sense, nor that it was our fault that by the mere fact of using one tank or another our luck changes when it is supposed to be a game with random pairing, and finally it's not even our fault that out of nowhere the game becomes easy or difficult just because of a weekly update and that people who were the best end up destroyed and vice versa, I think it's quite obvious, and I support you, It's a very frustrating game when it doesn't work as it should.

Buddy. I think you’re confused. Just looking at your footage you aren’t looking at the strategic map at all when you’re playing. Some advice. Stick with the pack, have your map in the top corner square instead of the compass, and only expose yourself when firing. I will say the best thing for you though would be to take a break for a bit.

I think you would perform better if you didnt push into 4 guys by yourself, and shooting AP/APCR will definitely also be helpful!

Yep. It's rigged. I get these streaks too. And I'm quite certain it's 100% purposeful, not "random" at all. I've had "bad teams" 3 days in a row. I've had loss streaks of 14 several times. There's no way "random" would cause this. IMO, they employ RNG, "ghost shells", that they use to also manipulate matches along with "rrandom" match maker. I'm quite convinced that they "profile" players, and provide the gaming experience most likely to get you to actually purchase things. I think it's far more in depth (the data mining) than say "this person is most likely to buy gold/tanks/ whatever if they win/lose/etc."

If you had a business, you would award your value customers. So i think its obvious they would let the player who spends the most money have a higher chance of winning. You want those paying players happy. So they spend more. Its sort of expected.

Correction. Dad bumped his son's win rate from 50% to 68% after he played 235 games on his son's account. Yet dad's win rate on his own WOT account is 48%.

Good going on players who took WG to the OLAF European anti-fraud office on their actions to alter/nerf tank mechanics after a customer had purchased them.. I don't have understand after 6.0 the introduction of FV4005 in cold war is still not touched as it's been greatly complained about for time inc myself., FV4005 is the worst unbalanced tank, but attention needs to be given to heavy tanks on tech tree line.👍
