There are actually more than 3 ingredients - lots of spices, 11, to be exact, plus the oil for sautéing and the butter so total is about 14 ingredients! And, those spices should definitely be counted, because they are what compose the incredible flavor & scent of this dish! Could you please write out the recipe here, listing all the ingredients with their amounts, and step by step instructions? Thank you - it sounds absolutely delicious, using all my favorite spices: cumin, coriander, fennel, curry, turmeric, garlic, etc. and one of my all-time favorite veggies, eggplant 🍆!
