How many km?

If the top chain is stretched with a worn sprocket and old tensioner it will rattle for a few seconds on cold starts (new tensioners fitted from late 2013 on) this usually means its about to fail. The middle chain makes a whooshing sound when the engine is warm, these chains tend to snap less frequently but it does happen. Old tensioner has 27mm hex, new is 24mm hex and if you put your hand down the left hand side f the cylinder head and reach down (when engine cold) you can feel what tensioner is fitted. Replacing the tensioner old to new often makes the top chain fail more quickly, once already worn due to the increased stress. Lots of replacement chains can fail because garages don't replace the guide pins for the plastic chain guides, which then prematurely wear the top guide at the mount point which then breaks the guide leading to the chain jumping off the top sprocket, although the sprocket and chains are in perfect condition. Make sure your garage tells you what exactly they are going to change as part of your chain service.

Brother, I have the same error on a E87. Sensor replaced and still there. Do you have any idea of what else could it be?

Hey, I drive a 2019 Land Rover discover sport and the code “P0497. High Purge Flow. This fault typically does not cause damage.” showed up when reading the car. We replaced the gas cap and purge valves but the check engine light still seems to persist. Do you have any idea what else it could be?

I work with those engines. Just change both chain and you ready to go .Great engines actually N46 and N47 most the time the chain get loose or even broke something but believe it the valve still ok, Fuel consumption on those engines the best I have three cars used them for high way driving. Anyone have E90 E91 car check your mileage I recommend 150.000km in N46 chain kit to be replaced even less depending on previous owners driving stile or the service done . N47 more stronger and be tell 200k km but recommended the same 150 k in Manuel book will not say about change .
