    Awesome advise, however compassion without boundaries leads to abuse. Allowing someone to scream at us is not healthy. Why would we tolerate abuse instead of calmly akd lovingly implementing boundaries as to make sure we make our need to be treated with respect just as important as we are willing to meet the other persons need? "I agree this must be a mistunderstanding and I would love to solve this together, but I am not okay with doing that while being yelled at"

    Step One: Determine whether the speaker is someone you care about. If yes move to Step Two. If no, depart. Step Two: Listen and remain non-committal. Nod and occasionally say “Okay.” Step Three: Thank the speaker for sharing. Put your hands together and say “Namaste.” Continue about your day.
