Xfinity mobile is the worst mobile service I’ve ever had! Bought 2 phones (paid them both off with monthly payments) and as soon as they were paid off I could no longer use the data on my plan. I still had to pay for the data but couldn’t use the data. After this happened with the second phone (when this happened with the first phone I just bought the second one) it took 3-4 months of being lied to by customer service and given the run around until they’re only solution was to send me a cheaper phone than what I paid for that continuously problems (like receiving text messages hours after they were originally sent). I decided I’d do their promotion and get an iPad 10th generation since can no longer do work on my phone like I could on the phone I originally paid for. But after signing an agreement to make the monthly payments at least 3 times, the Xfinity rep said they were having issues with my protection plan so they were going to give me a call the next day (this was April 17th when they told me this). The next day, April 18th, no one called. When I called in to see what was going on I was informed that Xfinity rep deactivated the iPad I already had, got rid of my protection plan, and set my credit line to $0 saying I either missed or was late on a payment. I’ve been a customer for over 6 years, bought and paid for 3 different devices, and have never missed or been late on a payment. Even though Xfinity reps could see on my history that I’ve never missed or been late on a payment, they still required me to send screenshots of my history to them to prove I’ve never been late on or missed a payment. Then they fixed my credit line right after they’re no longer doing the promotion to get a new iPad 10th generation. Today is July 6th and I just found out that they fixed my credit line by having to call them about another issue and, again, they’re no longer doing the promotion so they basically denied me the iPad because their employees just didn’t want me to be able to get it. If you’re thinking of getting Xfinity mobile, don’t! I’m now shopping around for a service provider that actually appreciates its loyal customers that pay on time (if not early)!
while the quality of your pitch is important the biggest key to success with selling xfinity mobile is simply pitching to every customer that comes in.
