I want to know why the DMV in California gave a NON-SPEAKING OR READ ENGLISH person a CDL. At my DOT Physical a guy could not fill out his paperwork because he did NOT SPEAK OR READ English. The co-worker filled out the paperwork. I AM BEYOND PISSED!!! Plus, people from out of the country cannot pass a complete background check

Very true here. Just retired from trucking after 22 years out here and my company did the same thing as this guy's talking about and the newbie driver will go broke within 6 months because he or she doesn't know the routine or know how to manage money right. In my old company the turnover for leased trucks was over 60% because of the rates on freight that doesn't cover the expenses for them. Going east pays great, coming back doesn't pay barely at all. Plus your never home running constantly just to break even sometimes.

Hybrids, are the better choice..!! Gas Electric, with enough Horse Power..!! Every country does not have the Infrastructure for only Electric Vehicles..!! Years away from that reality..!! 9i% of everything that humans own is made from Fossil Fuels. And the Disposal of old batteries hasn't been addressed yet..!!

I bought a Lincoln Town Car from a limo company (usually not a good idea) by asking the drivers ... They told me it got sent out for VIPs so it was maliciously maintained. I put HUNDREDS of thousands of miles on it by keeping up on the maintenance. Had over 350k miles and I drove it from Long Island to Phoenix in 53 hours. And would routinely drive it 850 miles in 12 hours.
