I have 2 kids one is 15 and 12 , I challenge myself and my family no Phone for 14 day's at first it's hard for us specially dinner time🍴⏱ So we all did like this, we make a list if we do used full thing for 14 days we will be rewarding them by each point like cleaning mopping and used full house work at first they got bored but later they start doing After 14 by there point we reward them with small gift 🎁 Like I have done towards my family I want you to do it If your not around let your wife be the point giver for them And if you are in the rules you your self should stay away from technology if it's not that important. 📈
