Super Sunday! A full day of windsurfing on this Sunday with the wind ranging from 25 - 40 knots. Started on 4.7 and ended stacked on a 4.2! GoPro is on Tom's head with a few cameos from Ollie!

A 30 minute before work windsurf in September, the sun came out and the waves were clean. After 20 mins the wind started to fade and swing onshore.

It’s nearly a ghost sport today since the advent of kites! First went in ‘93 and it was a very exciting place to sail! Waves up on the NW point, big seas at el Cotillo and speed at Sotovento and beautiful see views on the drive down to the south! By 2006 it was built up to Hell and no wind to be had anywhere! Just went down the west coast sightseeing and eating fish! Everything changes! But great memories of that terrific sport., Cheers

How do you like your North sail?
Yeah they take a bit of getting used to, but they are very light and handle being overpowered well! Worth the crazy prices, maybe not. But they seem to be lasting quite well so if they age much slower than a regualr sail then maybe it will be worth it in the long run

This spot looks unbelievable!! How often does it go off like this?
A bit like all the spots in Ireland they rely on storms coming off the Atlantic, this spot likes storms with a bit more of a westerly wind and a decent swell from the west. Pretty common at this time of year (autumn in the Northan hemisphere)
