I think it’s point mugu naval base, I was told they were going to drag the whale to that beach because the public is not aloud there, but once they got the whale there the sharks followed and they had to shut the beach down for awhile, im not 100% sure though.
There's not that many windsurfers out there and fewer who can ride waves like this. I doubt it's a problem unless it's a popular destination like Maui or the Canary Islands. But if they want to keep it a secret I respect that.
We never get waves like that when it’s off shore here. Only when it’s cross on , and you don’t really get the nicely defined defined lip- it’s all mushy and crumbly
