Hello and welcome to my RUclips channel. I publish tutorials, how-to and project videos related to hobby electronics, robotics and programming. I try to create clear and concise educational content that will appeal to anyone interested in electronics as a hobby. Some of content is designed to help people new to this hobby, but I try to mix this up a bit and will be sharing regular updates on some personal projects that I have underway. What is a fuse? How do they work?
In this video I take a look at various types of fuse, how they work and what’s inside. I talk briefly about some common types of fuse and how to use a multimeter to determine if a fuse has blown. I also open up a couple of different 400 and 1000 amp fuses to see what’s inside.
