Disco Spacelysium is a true masterpiece of interactive storytelling where you go from being a greytiding shitbag to solving the case of captain's spare and unlike many other games of its kind you really FEEL like the main character in the way he interacts with the enviroment and characters. At the start of the game i picked the funny options such as the infamous "I want to have ERP with you" line but as the game progressed i felt both Harry and myself sober up and towards the end when you accidentally call Solves-The-Case a green lizardfucker after failing a speech check it really stung emotionally as if i myself had just said that to him and i ended up shaving my character's pink afro and getting rid of the expression to atone for my sins. Also the scene at the very end with the telepathically communicating Gondola felt completely out of nowhere but at the same time absolutely perfect for the game and i will never forget it.

have you ever met Gronk from citadel main station, he left at some point but during the decline 4 years ago. rumors have it other servers now also have his medicine stocked, and ert's trained to try and deliver them when he skips a morning dose. i have a feeling you might like citadels original Gronk. he scales differently on the robustness scale. it always overflows.

I know we're supposed to be asking non-serious stuff, but I have been out of the loop of the SS13 community since I stopped playing over a year ago and I just want to put this out there. I think one thing that really ruined that game, as well as a good chunk of online communities was the s*xual weirdos being drawn to it, most prominently trans people. I have seen their practices of nepotism throughout a variety of online spaces, such as them becoming the dominant identity of 4chan and reddit moderators in a lot of cases. After their infiltration they usually end up forcing their ideology upon the majority userbase, the most outspoken users get banned, the rest fall in line and get silenced and the quality of the community is degraded eventually to collapse. Reminds me of Weimar, now that I think about it. What are your thoughts on this? Are trans people ruining SS13? Do you long for a server with an old school sort of community, unaffected by leftist politics? Sorry if this is an uncomfortable discussion you'd rather not take sides on, don't feel pressured to answer.
