when I read the affirmations I thought "this shit is scary" I think in my entire life I have never read affirmations like yours, well, you convinced me. On the same day, I don't know if it was a coincidence, I listened to very little of the audio and read the affirmations, then at night I felt extremely watched, this shit was very real.
